SUMMARY
There is
little to report this month as slugs
and snails are not much in evidence due to the cold weather, (as you might expect)
although snail/slug damage is apparent in other borders.
There is a
complication with our results at present in that the newly re-vamped plot is
made from railway sleepers which are impregnated with tar and other oils and
this could be keeping the slugs and snails away.
